Frost Warning has been issued

Wake me when...

  • Nebraska relies on an inside power running game, and outside running game with stretch zone.
  • A consistent play-action passing game off a power running game.
  • An O-line that can get you 1 or 2 yards WHEN YOU NEED IT!
  • Nebraska can get defensive pressure with only 4 guys.
  • Nebraska can consistently make open field tackles.
  • Nebraska has a head coach who actually knows how to manage a game.
 
The onside kick absolutely unforgivable call totally pissing away momentum, complete debacle that you absolutely cannot do with the way that game was going.

The line is easily now drawn. I see how Frost does through October. That’s it, perform or bust. Make it absolutely clear to him. I actually thought Whipple, CT, and the receivers were good. Except the last one we drop for an INT of course. The defense was awful as well as line play on both sides of the ball. No to little hits on the QB, over 500 yards by NW!? We have an absolute knack for making average QB’s look like Heisman contenders.

Again assess at end of October. We have a guy on staff Mickey Joseph who knows what time it is. It’s not 1995 and no current kids care about a program 10 years before they were born. I’d look hard at Mickey as a recruiter and potential leader of the program. If it goes south in the next 2 months, you have Mickey as a safe play if you can’t pull in a major name like Stoops or Petersen.

That’s it.  Take the emotion out of it.   Git R Done has never meant more.

So much this.  Get back to what Nebraska was.  I mentioned in the off season if Nebraska can recruit kids based on our brand, then go back to what developed that brand......

 
I hope I eat my words but it is time to move on.  5 years of same pathetic effort.  Same stupid mistakes by players and more importantly coaching, namely the head coach.  

 
Nebraska will not be back until they have good play on both sides of the line. Had horrible play from both. 

 
He just admitted in the press conference the onside kick was his decision. Could definitely tell! 

For that alone he should be fired in October. 

 
He can't manage a game for ****...... can't wait for him to be fired! New season same team! That onside kick call was the worst call I've ever seen in College Football!  :facepalm:
