Should Erik Chinander be fired midseason

Instead of actually getting better SF defense is getting worse. SF should be questioning if Erik Chinander puts the defense in the best possible position to succeed. If not then get rid of him and have someone else take over. Im not about getting rid of coaches midseason but who does it benefit keeping him around?
