*** Official Purdue Game Thread ***

No matter what, this team keeps fighting.  I wish however we would hit the QB in the first quarter late rather than now.  I don't mind those plays early in a game.  Our defense is not good, but they are fighting some.  Plain and simple:  Our offense is just as much to blame for this game as our Defense.  I get tired of seeing us running the same pass plays over and over again.  IF not for Palmer, we don't have a chance, but he even dropped a couple that would have mattered.  Casey made some nice deep balls, but he really isn't that good with underneath passes.  Some of that is on having no line play, but some of that is on him. 

 
If only we could figure out this tackling thing.  I understand you miss tackles occasionally but we miss tackles normally.  Make a couple of those tackles and we have a much better chance at winning games.

 
this team is what it is. they play their asses off but outside of a couple players aren't very good. probably a fun team to watch if youre not a nebraska fan.

 
Unless it’s a complete homerun hire Trev has to keep Mickey. He brought Palmer who is way better than anyone Frost brought and Mickey is the guy for WRs and gives us national recruiting credibility. Absolutely must keep him. That’s my one requirement for any new head coach.
