As a potential candidate, does this game give you confidence to take the NU job or run away from it?
It’s all about recruiting and player development. Whoever does that best gets the job. It has to be a well known P5 coach that can recruit. I like Chadwell as a person but he is a 6 ceiling win in the BIG unless you want to give him a decade to rebuild.

If it was Deion though I’d be along for the ride. It would not be due to lack of recruiting. 

 
The switch flipped when Rahmir dropped that ball. Zero offense after that, missed blocks resulting in injuries to our QB & RB, and the defense became stupid. 

These teams are so mentally fragile. One thing goes wrong and it all comes crashing down.

Zero change. Bielema took over an Illinois team that hadn't had a winning season in 11 years, and look what he's done.

There's absolutely no reason the right coach can't do that here at Nebraska.
