Not when the talent level is not there. 

Better coaching can scheme around flaws in talent.  Sh!tty coaching and bad talent won't work.  Easier to hire better coaches than get better talent.  Money talks....Highest assistant pool ever and this is what we have......Swing and a miss.

Hell, Wyoming hung with Texas. The minute people realize we wouldn’t win, let alone compete in the Mountain West, is when we can all start to tamper our expectations moving forward. It’s just as lazy to watch this game today and think it will magically change next year than to b!^@h about the current state of affairs.

True test will come on Friday against an Illinois team that looks incredibly average this year. Obviously not near the same level as Michigan, but assuming our guys don't mail things in, a win at Illinois could tell us a lot for the rest of the year.

Definetly can’t start out with an interception either.  Instantly lost momentum at the beginning in the most Nebraska way possible.

It starts with the state of Nebraska and it's high school football. That is the only way Nebraska becomes relevant and maybe some of the surrounding states. Osborne had every high school running his plays in Nebraska, it is going to take that type of state wide dedication to produce football players who play great as a team

Superior athletes and players will often times overcome bad coaching. We need to hit the portal and get Superior athletes get rid of our O line coach and maybe think about getting a new offensive coordinator that can think outside the box
