It's also telling of their hypocrisy and want to only push the party line when just recently they were virtue signaling about "endless wars" as the US was supporting Ukraine after it was invaded by Putin's authoritarian regime.  Now they're all foaming at the mouth about Biden putting restrictions on Bibi's plan to further a humanitarian disaster.  These are the same foreign policy "experts" who had to be schooled on this board about who or what is Wagner PMC.

I don't know if it's crazy. I don't know what's going on. But if Bill really wanted answers to his questions, he could look it up, where he might fight this is SOP from the diplomatic offices of every administration. If you bother to read the actual wording, "As Iran selects a new president, we reaffirm our support for the Iranian people and their struggle for human rights and fundamental freedoms" is the opposite of capitulation -- it's a promise and threat wrapped in an "official condolence."
