Run away from your blockers doesn't seem to be the way to make a return, 2 blockers to his right and he runs right at the 3 defenders coming straight at him to the left.

It seems to be that none of our recent coaches believe that special teams are important. In my opinion, special teams are the difference between being ok and being a great team. When was the last time we had a reliable kicker, punter, blocked a field goal, had a decent return or did anything special? If this game does not prove to Rhule that having a reliable kicker makes a difference then nothing will.

Does someone have direct contact with other Matt Rhule down on the field? If so please let him know Husker Nation asks for no more field goal kicks until next year when we “better” have a serviceable kicker.
