4th and 2 at the 50 and you punt it back to them.  Bring in your big big package and go win the game.  Instead you play into Iowa’s hands and let their AA go for 80 on a swing pass and let the snake bitten mentality creep back in.  Rhule keeps saying all the right things during the week and on game day coaches the opposite of what he preaches.

We need to open up some of that loose change for assistants and grab some big boys. 
 

foley obviously cannot teach or recruit.

Two major special teams blunders were the difference. Chunked snap/hold on fg and then the punt return debacle. 6 point swing.

We went into Iowa City and played their game. Just like papa Farentz wants. No one should be shocked by the result

I learned it’s never too late to lose the game in regulation.  I thought maybe we crossed the ‘humanly possible’ threshold at the 25 second mark with the ball…but I should’ve known.
