Northwestern Week Pressers

lol great. Even the assistant coaches were underestimating a program we haven't beaten since 2018. Lovely lol
It seems like a way to shift blame and sounds like Frost speak. A bit of a red flag for someone that is supposed to be in charge of the program. The assistant coaches report to you. Coach Rhule, it's year 3. You have got to get to 8 wins with this schedule to avoid being on the hot seat.

we were 0-5 against them. Even when they came to Lincoln during covid and had 17 players on schollie. The rest were fans who won lotteries....won 24-17.... (ok they were really down 33 guys)

The fact that coaches didn't take this serious....didn't review film....didn't know this it would be a street brawl is reason #107 I'd review each coach to see who and why they come back next year. The is the B1G. This is Nebraska. We NEED and DESERVE coaches better than this.

I get the anger but people have a choice to look at this from two sides. I honestly believe Rhule is speaking the truth. That doesn't absolve him from fault but I do find him to be genuine.

I was pissed at how we played and disappointed in so many ways. That said, I do acknowledge the reality that we had almost 2 less days to prepare than Minnesota. Traveling back from Maryland and then traveling to Minnesota, on a short week, does make a difference.

I'll be in the stadium Saturday morning cheering as loud as I can. Some of you will do the same. Some others will be behind their keyboard bitching like old men with nothing better to do. I get both sides... GBR

I hated the way we played last week. It LOOKED like we didn't game plan or practice for Minnesota. I don't like the way the players are talking this week in that Northwestern is a must-win game, and I hate that I, and every other fan, are dissecting every sentence Rhule utters this week. Ughhh. Sorry. I needed to vent.
