It’s one thing to lose because the other team just kinda was better, it’s another to lose because the coach was incompetent and has not so great game management skills in these big games.

I don't think most Nebraska fans expected a loss in a night game at home where we had a better record than the opposing team. And it's not just that Nebraska lost...it's how it was done with coaching incompetence across the board.

-The O teases with great, crisp drives twice per game. I think that’s why I’m so frustrated. We have that kind of potential but don’t seem to have that intensity on every play, every drive. But does provide hope for the next game no matter who the opponent is.
- 3Q’s show we don’t have any halftime adjustments.
- Holgo didn’t have a oh-crap emergency game plan for TJ.
- my heart hurts for EJ because of his great character he’s going to shoulder this L.
- games are better to watch for me when the expectation is for them to lose.
- Pritchett’s value can’t be understated
- Had DR been healthy, might have been a different ending

Yeah, totally agree.

This is the least mad I’ve been at a Husker loss in basically ever.

It starts at the top. Bad leaders hire other bad leaders. Good leaders make great hires. Rhule was not a good hire and now has been extended til 2032. He has not beaten a ranked team and Nebraska leadership panicked that he would be taken by Penn State. We should be praying he gets taken by Penn State.

I don’t understand the extension when he hasn’t accomplished anything yet. Yes it may show stability for recruiting but it just solidifies average performance at best

TJ tripped him. He kneed Emmett in the calf. If either of those guys took off cleanly it was an easy first down.

The chances of winning with dump passes, 1 time out, and a minute left after a 1st down were slim anyways.

I feel super bad for Raiola also. Has to be gutting for him to be on the sideline in the fourth quarter, just watching.

It was a complete fear play by the admin with so many programs firing their coaches mid-season. Rhule has done nothing to deserve such an extension. We are 6-3 and could very well finish 7-5 which is not much better than the prior season.
