****Iowa Game Day Thread****

Road to relevance game 12....Opportunity to right a whole lot of wrongs in a few hours. Make it 2-11, 1st win at home in 6 tries (both IIRC). A cold, breezy day. Perfect for a B1G game. Saw Rhule make the comment about today is where all the preparation comes together. A 4 quarter slug fest. And IMHO, a signature win if Rhule and Co get this one today. See how bad they want it. Let's Go!!!!!!
 
Hour and a half from kick and this is post 4.......sad. But it is what it is.

Number 1 is home for break from Wichita State and decides yesterday he wants to go to the game. Found a high school buddy with an extra ticket so I gave him the heated vest and sent him on his way. Good luck young man
Number 2 is a baseball kid and has no interest in football and decided(ok mom played a part in it) it's a good day to go get a new ride since his assumed room temperature this week. So why not, spend a chunk of money and NU gets Iowaed again for the upteenth time this decade. Gonna be a great day

All should, well maybe except Number 1's day, was hoping the family hand me down was gonna limp to graduation, but alas the college ride is a Xmas present instead. Thankful the baseball scholly helps knock tuition down for him.

Anyways, if NU shows effort to let TJ attack the edge with EJ, vs trying to pound EJ between the guards, there should be success. And if Butler saw my fool proof plan from the PSU game thread for defense today it could be a good day.
