I wonder how many million votes they have. With enough votes it's possible that Osborne could have a couple hundred thousand more votes than Bear, but they could be statistically tied if they use a flat percentage.
I will be miffed if TO gets short-changed because of how they count votes.
PS - It's a 5% margin again, 42-37.
I really think TO has this in the bag. There are so many votes out there now that Bear most likely can't catch up, especially with the other currently active candidates stealing votes he would need.
