I truly believe a decision has been made and we're just waiting for the announcement. I am surprised leaks haven't developed, but maybe those involved are super honest.

Anyway, how many people know and who are they?

Honestly it is hard to say how that is done. Probably depends onthe school by laws.

I would think not, because regents are an elected position, therefore they are out to get public recognition.

If they get their name in the papers as knowing the coach, they get free publication all over the state.
