This is an amazing interview. He is going on 50 minutes.
I've been sitting here listening and am still not bored. JP is the reason I listen to The Spread over Unsportsmanlike Conduct.
Basically, his brother Damian, who was a highly touted recruit to Notre Dame broke his neck a few weeks before reporting to ND for fall camp. In the time he was recovering from his broken neck, not a single person from ND called to see how he was doing. Not even Lou Holtz, yet Tom Osborne and Mack Brown who Damian had turned down, both called him often. Then JP talked about his drug life after football for about 30 minutes lol.

Rome was anything but annoyed. That was a great interview and I can't wait to hear the clones responses.

Its refreshing to hear someone take responsibility for their actions. After his dad asked him "Why dont you just quit" he woke up and realized he got himself in this now he has to get himself out and it wasnt anyone elses fault but his own. Good ole self reliance.
