I want Nebraska to take the names off the Jerseys...

I see it both ways.

I like the hometown coment, I had never thought of that.

But Ilike the team idea.

SC, ND do not have names on their backs, and pretty much everyone knows who is who.

Maybe a little bit more work to look up who is who, but that would tend to make us more knowledgeable about our team.

I will be happy either way.

Keep the names. Watching the game in 3rd & 4th Q--the announcer's diecided to talk about something other than calling the game and without the names on the jerseys I couldn't tell who the 3rd-4th string players were. Very poor job by the announcers on the PPV telecast. :angry:

 
Keep the names, Why does everyone think they have to change our uniforms and then when they do change people b!^@h. They are fine right now leave them alone.

The announcers have a tough enough time trying to get names right when they use a roster sheet, let alone taking the names off the back. There are to many players on this team to do that. Its classy, I like what it represents by making the name on the front that much more important, but its just not practical.

 
I want the names to stay. It was driving me crazy last night when all the scrubs were in and I couldn't tell who was whom.

Besides, if we take the names off, then we're just the red version of Penn State.

keep the names please... more good than bad comes from it. And the team is actually playing like a team... the only jersey issue I have is...

WHERE THE HELL ARE THE BLACKSHIRTS!??!?! 28 PTS IN 4 GAMES IS BLACKSHIRT DOMINATION!

 
The only reason I say name is because I had to keep telling my wife who the hell was on the field or who just made that play and by the second half I want to put a piece of duct tape on her mouth but didnt want to sleep on the couch. If you really pay attention to the team you dont need names on the Jerseys.

 
I say leave the names, but, let's set some limits.

T Williams and S Williams is okay

But are we really gonna confuse HELU JR with HELU SR?

and why is J JONES Hulio Jones and not Julio Jones?
