Who had the more accomplished coaching career?

There is a poll for this on ESPN's college football page and Osborne is losing, just figured I'd post this since we dominate at online polls.

 
Me too in all honesty especially when you look at the 2 coaches side by side on the numbers part of it to me it's a given. But I am biased. Plus there's the fact alot of the country hates us right now so they may be voting against us?

 
I can't beleive there is an actual poll about this. Osborne is better and its not even close. Osborne had three titles and one of the most dominant teams in college football history while coaching a school in middle America. As Florida State coach, Bowden just opened his door and the high powered recruits signed on the dotted line. It would be scary to see what Tom would have done with the kind of talent that Florida State can get on a regular basis.

I would bet alot of it has to do with idiots voting who dont even remember T.O. but the remember Bowden because he coached up until last year.

 
Yeah well we got to get to voting because our Dr. Tom is getting beat badly as of now. We won't go down without a fight.

Yeah I could go along with that, because Osborne should not being getting beat, let alone dominated like it is now.

 
the only thing i can figure is that people are faulting TO for knowing when it was right for him to leave. bowden's departure was an embarrassment to him and fsu.

 
I voted for TO, I encourage others to vote for TO.

However. . . .

Bowden DID build FreeShoesUniversity from nothing. But then the saying its tougher to stay at the top than to get to the top.

 
It's funny to see the lack of respect shown by the other big 12 states. Specifically Iowa, Missouri, and Texass. Kinda sad....even Oklahoma, Kansas, and Colorado show moderate support for one of the greatest names in college football history. I don't want to take anything away from Bowden, he is right there with T.O., but he is not T.O.

NU chooses to leave the conference and all the immature fans come out of the woodwork. Just sad... :facepalm:
