Interesting to see where people voted in the AP. I'm surprised DeArmond voted them as high as 14 with his anti-Nebraska rants.
How in the world do we jump Oregon in this situation? I can fathom us jumping Florida in the AP Poll because they've been high on us since the beginning, but, wow. We both play terrible teams and they win 72-0, quite better than our score. We're up to #6 in the AP poll.

i think we moved up because we performed to expectations while others did not. non-conf. is not to impress, it is to avoid disappointing; and we did not disappoint. Not at all. After beating the worst team from last year, I think it's a stretch to say we belong in the top 10.did you think we were going to drop in the rankings?I see we're still rated higher than we should be...still too many questions.
where's Jacksonville St.? :dunnoIF the polls were based primarily on on-the-field performances, the top 10 should probably look something like this:

2. Oklahoma St.
3. Boise St.
4. Miss St.
5. Alabama
6. Michigan
7. Arizona
8. Georgia
9. Ohio St.
