It's possible I underestimated our jump in some of the computers and we're able to end up ahead of OSU. Not likely though.

I was surprised that the polls didn't give us a little more love. Missouri was a legit team, having just had a huge quality win against Oklahoma. I think the AP got it closer to right putting us at 9.

Wow. We snuck way up to #7. I'm very happily embarrassed with my projections. Computers gave us way more of a boost than I expected.

The only problem is, a 12-1 Auburn will definitely still rank ahead of a 12-1 Nebraska, unless the pollsters intentionally dropped them further to avoid another 2001 or 2003.
