Tim Albin has a pretty hefty job title at Ohio. Plus he is the OC so why would he come here to be just a position coach again? Is another title being thrown out at him besides just RB coach if that is what he might be coming here for?

Bo Pelini is like Adam Sandler. He never works with anyone new other than Watson and Gilmore. Those are the only two guys that he is working with now that he was not familiar with when he got the job.
