Nebraska dominated the 3rd quarter on both sides of the ball. You can b!^@h all you want about the bad calls (and they were bad), they did not have a direct impact on the score.

Unfortunately... yes we have...

Although the other 2 resulted in key swings, this penalty did not hurt Washington anything more than the 15 yards because we recovered it. Not saying it is right, just saying.
