Keith Price on Crick: I've never been hit that hard

I'm guessing a lot of QBs in college football have never been hit that hard. That was a brutal hit by Crick.

Not to go off-subject, but I have to give Keith credit, he seems like a good sport. College football needs more players like him.

 
That was a ferocious hit. Even in the stands it was like, holy Jesus, I think he just killed that guy.

 
Absolutely have a ton of respect for Price, both for his behavior/attitude and for getting up after that hit. That was a literal de-cleater, the kind of hit that can moosh a guy's left shoulder through his right ear, but he bounced right back up and kept playing. Amazing.

Also very much liked the background about the guy - grew up in Compton but realized he was making a mistake when he started hanging out with "the wrong crowd," and moved in with his Grandmother to get back on track. Worked hard and got himself into a big-time college, and here he is, running what will be a fine offense in the near future. Liked the "Teeth" Price nickname, too, and you could see it all over the guy when he was on camera. It was a rough game, but he showed a lot of character on the field and on the sidelines.

You guys got a good guy there, both on and off the field.

Good luck with the rest of your season, Huskies. If not this year, then soon you'll be making a lot of noise in the PAC-12.

PS - beat Texas for us next year, OK?

 
I just keep watching that video clip over and over and over and over. I'm on a business trip in a hotel room, just sitting here laughing with joy at that hit.

On a different note. I do really like price. Glad we don't have to play them again too. That kid is pure dynamite.
