Alright guys lets do this.....I apologize I wanted to keep up with this the start of 2012 but I've been busy getting ready for my baby boy thats due in May, watching TV, playing lots of Battlefield 3 on PS3, and drinking beer while being lazy. So here we go and everybody knows the rules if you don't then you're a NOOB lol j/k.

Here are the rules in case you are new:

1.) One point for every correct decision you made ( A) Picked the right fighter to win, B) Won by KO, Submission, or Decision, C) And get the right round on which the fight was called)

2.) If you got both the fighter, decision, and round right you'll earn 5 points

3.) Main event is worth 10 points if you get all three categories right otherwise each category you got right you'll be earned only one point.

Heres an example on how I want everyone to fill out the scorecards if you're new so please copy and paste my Scorecard and place your picks in the appropriate category

So in this case since Sonnen did beat Bisping in real life via a Unanimous Decision in round three you would earn 5 points since you got every category correct but if this was the Main event you would've got 10 points.

Clifford Starks enters this fight with a perfect 8-0 record facing off against Ed the short Fuse Herman. Herman has won two in a row, and while I love the Big Red Dog from my childhood, I think Herman wins his 3rd ina row with a 2nd round TKO.

Renan Barão and Scott Jorgensen will show off the speed and excitement of the Bantamweight division. Renan has won 27 straight fights and his first two in the Octagon. Scotty hasn’t done too bad for himself after losing his title shot against the dominator, he has won two in a row. I give this one to Scotty by a 29-28 decision.​





Josh Koscheck has only fought once in the past year but got a much needed victory. Mike Pierce also won his last contest, and the loss before to Johny Hendriks doesn’t look as bad after his speedy knockout of John Fitch. Koscheck has some big power in his fists and I think that will be too much for Pierce. 3rd round TKO for Kos.​




I am not a big fan of Roy Nelson, and think that this fight will lack anything you expect to see as the teaser before Condit/Diaz. I think

Fabricio Werdum will enjoy his first back in the UFC after spending his last 3 years with Strikeforce. 30-27 decision for Werdum.​




HERE WE GO! Diaz vs. Condit…. As my co host Marty Downes(downers89 on Twitter) would say “209! 209! 209!”. I think that Diaz’s swagger will make any fight fun and can’t wait to see what he brings to the table, and don’t think The Natural Born Killer is ready for this kind of competition. Diaz gets this victory after 5 epic rounds, and fight of the night. GSP might have to deal with a Chael Sonnen-esque ribbing from Diaz after the fight.

Should be a fun night of fights. I hope Nelson loses. Cant stand him. Koscheck either but I think he wins easily. Diaz/Condit is tough to pick. Wouldn't be surprised to see either win. Dont think it matters much because neither can beat GSP!
