Say what you want, but we weren't ever going to win that. ESPN doesn't like us and made sure of it. Husker fans know too much about college football and call out all their analysts on their total BS and they don't like it. We never had a chance.

C'mon. A&M won it fair and square. They mobilized, they were dedicated, and they are every bit as passionate a fan base as we are.

What's funny is how much they go on and on at TexAgs about how much ESPN hates them. Every fan base of every college team thinks ESPN hates them, apparently.

 
This is something I don't get. I understand that the local media may not be Husker fans, and that's fine. They're broadcasters or journalists, not fans. But at least don't be openly antagonistic toward the fans of the team you cover most.

Bogus typically plays the "bad cop" in the two-man discussion. It's his schtick, I guess, but there's a time and place for goosing the local fans. This probably wasn't the best time.
