hootin' annie's goatfarm
hello, according to rivals jordan bernstine was an unofficial visitor in ames, for the NU/isu game: http://nebraska.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=592711 p.s. so, he will be seeing NU twice (NU/isu, & NU/tx) this yr, which has to bode well, for NU (or, at least I am hoping so) Quote Link to comment
chamrocck
hello, according to rivals jordan bernstine was an unofficial visitor in ames, for the NU/isu game: http://nebraska.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=592711 p.s. so, he will be seeing NU twice (NU/isu, & NU/tx) this yr, which has to bode well, for NU (or, at least I am hoping so) Good news he got to see the Huskers at the ISU game. I like this guy a lot and he could be impact in the secondary very early. This is one we should get after! Our program stacks up better than Iowa so I like our chances! Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
He had a pretty decent night last Friday night to a win of 56-0 I believe..........He's making waves here big time..... Quote Link to comment
huskerhaze
He is a stud and we need him!! Quote Link to comment
Big Red Cop
I was able to watch Bernstine play last Friday night against a local team (Thomas Jefferson). There were several scouts there including our own Bill Busch. Bernstine was obviously a man amongst boys. He scored 3 of the teams first 4 touchdowns. He is lightning fast, and bigger than I expected. He wasn't able to showcase his play at Safety because Lincoln's D-line was so fast. Jordan did return an interception 103 yards for a TD as well, but it was called back because of a "block in the back". Where ever Bernstine ends up, they will be getting a good one! BIGREDIOWAN
Good to see you got to see my old school whoop up on Jefferson!!!! He is definately a talented young man that will be a great asset to any team.........keep an eye on Lincoln they are definately going to make waves and have some recruits coming out of that school.............the coaches are phenominal there now........ BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Jeremy Crabtree of Rivals was on 1620 earlier and he said that Iowa has the inside track for Bernstine. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
F&*k Iowa!!!! That program isn't going to go as far as ours so he should be looking at something like that!!!! Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
It seems like Iowa always just hangs around. They never really have a bad team but they don't have a team that can win a national title anytime soon either. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Yeah the recruits should look at the fact that Iowa had a really good recruiting class a couple years ago and seem to have actually fallen off as a team. Iowa vs Nebraska is the difference between a good program and a great one. Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
I agree, being consistantly good does not make one great. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirtsguru
I personally think the Cockeyes coach takes a job in the NFL next year. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I could see him leaving that's for sure..... Quote Link to comment
Fife
Has anyone heard how high we are on this kid's list? I know we were right up there but from what I heard it was gonna be VERY tough to beat Iowa out for this kid's services. I hope he really likes his visit this weekend. Quote Link to comment
