We need to show an attractive brand of football ASAP. The next few weeks are critical for recruiting. I want wins on the field and on the commit board.9 points

"We really need to get to six (wins)," said Moos, who hired Frost. "We need to get in the postseason and get all those extra practices and get that recognition in college football." "But I'm not worried about the number right now," he said. "I'm worried about getting better. And we are better."Frost said. Yeah man they really raised those hopes up too high.....6 points

If I remember right, the last time a B1G team won a national title, that same team lost by 14 points in week 2 against a team that they "should have blown out". All the same click bait articles were out about how much "trouble" they were in. I have no idea how this team will finish but I find it comical that a portion of our fan base panics when things don't go according to script. Chill out and let the man work people.4 points

I heard Frost burned the playbook in the lockerroom after the loss Saturday and instructed Mills to teach the team how to run wishbone triple option like he ran at GT from memory before the next game. Reports are we are looking much better and running the ball for 5 yards every single play. There are traps, counters and of course the beloved triple option. They hope everyone in Lincoln is pleasantly surprised.4 points

Huskers will win 42-10. Tomorrow night is the beginning of the future of Husker Football under Frost. We will play well, although not perfect. There are plenty of young players still learning but we will win this game comfortably. Let the adventure begin! Go Big Red! nil3 points

As the OL gets more experience, you won't have to write as much about how much trouble we're in.3 points

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I agree that would not be moving the needle, but we're 1-1. Any team in the country could still technically end up 4-8, let's get a little further into the year before deciding we're stagnant.3 points

I think it's a little ridiculous to write an article titled 'Is Nebraska in Trouble' in year 2 of a new coaching staff myself.3 points

That's his biggest problem. I don't think he's racist at all, but he has done all of his work in an era much different from today, and he hasn't really mastered the proper way to talk about these things. I don't necessarily mean being "politically correct" all the time, but the nature of the dialogue and the language we use when it comes to race and civil rights is a hell of a lot different than it was in the 70s. Hell, he even stated that Obama was articulate for a black man back before the 08 election. He's prone to stumbling over his words and making stupid gaffes anyway, and so when he talks about serious social issues, even though he has a lot of actual experience with that kind of work back in the day, he still sounds like an idiot. For civil rights and other social issues, the words we use are important, and if you can't talk about these things without saying something stupid or unintentionally offensive, than you are not capable of being the leader we need.3 points

Clearly the coaching staff can't adjust if they can't figure out a way to counter the defense stopping them from scoring points the day before the game. This is ridiculous.2 points

The line play is rough. If you have the heart for it, rewatch our games so far and focus just on the OL. IMO if you do this, you'll see why the offense isn't doing what's needed. To add to that, we then end up taxing our D. Given enough reps, the D is going to make mistakes, that's what happened against CU in my opinion.2 points

Generally speaking, black families do need help and have it far worse off with far less net worth and far greater chance of kids having one or zero parents and no access to satisfactory public education. That you know black people who are successful and healthy doesn't disprove a general truth, just like me knowing poor disadvantaged white people doesn't dispel the ideas of white privilege. Anyways, that's all besides the biggest point which is that Biden can barely figure out where he is. lmao what do you think the definition of racism is?2 points

Just by posting about this topic...you have already done more prep than I ever have for a handyman job! Have you tried yelling it? Have you tried yelling at it and then sort of yelling at your wife and asking her why you guys got this particular model? Ohhhh, have you tried going silent and then when she asks you something you take a deep breath and give her a condescending answer?2 points

^^This is what I would use. It's my favorite tool and I use it on nearly every wood project I've made for the past twelve years (mine's an older model than the one shown). But I'm guessing you don't want to shell out $450 to get one of these bad boys. So here's what you can use instead from Lowe's for $8:2 points

I have to admit that I'm losing interest in Husker Football. It's weird to even type that but it's just not been much fun to be a Husker fan for quite a while now. It's a game, supposed to be fun...2 points

I don't think he is racist, but he is certainly prejudiced and thinks a certain way about people of color. He hasn't broken out of the mindet he had in the 70's. It's not malicious, but comments like the one made last night and the comment about Obama show his preconcieved notions about people of color. Again, that isn't overtly racist, but at the same time its not not racist. Coming from a different time is no excuse, Bernie remembers that time too.2 points

So, everyone picks us to win a close game. Which means we'll lose. I'm usually optimistic about things, except when it comes to the Cornhuskers. *sigh*2 points

1. You eat the M&M. 2. You begin to feel drowsy. 3. The lady comes back and helps you outside, into the waiting car. 4. You have just enough focus to stumble into the motel room, then you pass out. 5. You wake up the next morning in a tub full of ice with crude stitches in your side. 6.
