  1. people hate him because he likes to question things, it is the entire purpose of his show. With covid he has portrayed vaccine hesitancy but I again dont see an issue with having hesitancy. Shouldnt we all be somewhat hesitant when getting an experimental EUA vaccine?

  2. I understand that the vaccine helps protect me. I can say with 99% certainty that I got mine before you. This isn't personal, so don't make it that way. Tucker was recorded on the day this came out https://www.cnn.com/2021/07/29/politics/cdc-masks-covid-19-infections/index.html So...you make think that this was "misinterpreted" but read what it says. Yeah, I had hot dogs on the 4th...just like in 2020...and 2019...2018 etc. It had nothing to do with being vaccinated though. Anyone that doesn't fall in line, or tow the company line, is a f@$kwad in your opinion. I prefer to form an opinion after gathering as much information as possible, and try to gleam that info from varied sources...regardless of which "side" they come from. But you do you. And your final thoughts are about his voice?? Okay.

  3. Not sure if this 247 insider knows anything, but I figured I may as well post more rumors. Personally I think the Big10 stands pat. Rumors from the video: 1. A&M pissed and told if they don't like it leave. 2. USC spearheading the move to the BIG10. Will go without UCLA. Wants more games in other time zones for national exposure. Wants to take 1 PAC12 team with them. Leaning toward Colorado. Gives the BIG10 two new markets with AAU schools.

  4. https://www.cnn.com/2021/07/30/media/variant-media-coverage-white-house/index.html The media really needs to give some context to their reports and stop with the baiting headlines. People aren’t reading the whole or any of the articles so the headlines are just as bad as a tweet.

  5. I can see arguments for both Abbott and Biden’s perspective. But we need to realize these are migrants that have already been “booked” and will be awaitingimmigration hearings. The feds aren’t suing to keep LEOs from apprehending people at the border crossing illegally.

  7. I don't disagree. To clarify, I didn't intend to suggest a "comp" for Yant is Blount. But, there's a discussion on whether a big back can thrive in this offense, Blount seems like a better example to use than Bettis or Henry for example.

  8. that is literally all we have had over the last several years. We "hope" we are better this year.

  9. Not really. 2020 Alabama 52, Florida 46 Florida 38, Texas A&M 41 Florida 63, Arkansas 35 LSU 41, Missouri 45 South Carolina 42, Ole Miss 59 2019 Alabama 59, Ole Miss 31 Alabama 41, LSU 46 Alabama 45, Auburn 48 LSU 58, Ole Miss 37 2018 Alabama 45, A&M 23 A&M 74, LSU 72 Florida 35, SCAR 31 Ole Miss 44, SCAR 48 Just pulling out a few examples, they're just like everyone else with a combo of some teams that have decent defense, some teams that have great offenses, and some teams that suck.

  10. The problem is not being able to compete....the problem is the GRIND. If you are playing the defenses of LSU, Bama, Georgia, A&M, OU, Florida, Auburn, South Carolina in consecutive weeks versus the defenses of Kansas, Iowa State, Baylor, West Virgina, Texas Tech, Okie lite, TCU, KSU, which one of these string of games would result in more attrition? Injuries? Loss in team morale? Getting to the end of the season in the SEC is a marathon. Getting to the end of the season in the Big 12 is a light jog in comparison. The B1G is easily far tougher than the Big 12 (as we well know) and the SEC is a full two pegs higher then that. TX is going to get crushed and OU is in for a rude awakening.

  11. precisely, which I touched on a bit earlier. People trust the government less and less. I mean if we are all honest we know they are full of ish and have been for decades. When you don't know when to trust them or not it creates hesitancy.

  12. I don't watch him or Fox...so I only go by public opinion and believe he is shady. But, in that clip, what did he say that was wrong, or made up, or even misleading? All those things happened. He quoted the CDC.

  13. Which one? Are you talking about when Michigan left the conference in 1907? Or when Nebraska petitioned to join the Big Ten back in 1900, and again in 1911? Or one of the other realignments that have been going on for as long as college athletic conferences have been a thing?

  14. Oh yeah, for sure. My guess is that most schools are just fine with the NCAA.

  18. Like Breece Hall? I think the big back comp for Yant given the system is LeGarrette Blount.

  20. Yeah...jump out of the NCAA...lose your tax exempt status. Joe Biden needs a new pair of shoes. Lose Title 19. Small colleges need more females. Its all good.

  26. Correct and my thoughts exactly when I hear any mention of this will be awesome TV ..no it won't, I like the idea of regional rivalries and the play they have on a national level...you make the $ all regional and the national attention goes away. And the idea that it is becoming NFLish is inaccurate imo...atleast the NFL has regional teams on a national scale...this is just bad for college football unless ALL are involved....sad sad times coming. Honestly my fear is what this will do with college basketball, I am a HUGE Gonzaga fan and the superconference make up has the potential to take schools like GU, Creighton who do not have football or schools like Nova who have football but on an FCS level and make them second fiddle to a mega garbage

  27. Has it sunk in for the OU and TX fanbases yet? They took the mountain of cash and what are they getting for it? TX just went from the middle of the pack with a potential slim shot at losing the conference title game to OU, to being bottom dwellers in the SEC. Missouri has reserved a spot for you. OU just went from perennial conference champions in the Big 12 (with maybe one loss to KSU) to 2-3 losses in the SEC and most likely not even getting into the conference title game. The environment of the away games in the Big 12 are nothing compared to the hostile environment away games in the SEC. This will go down as more of a win for the pocket books of ESPN, SEC and the Athletic Departments of OU/TX, than a win for their respective fanbases.

  31. I really started to lose interest in college football after of the first reorganization....for me its now compounding. To me, what makes school sports whether is HS, College...rivalry, border wars, 100 years of bad blood, regional cultural nuances...not this crap we see unfolding. In the mid west its competition among rural communities...kids from similar backgrounds, fans coming into Lincoln on a sunny Saruday morning in OCtober and the highway patrol on the radio reminding everyone coming in for the game to "watch for Orange triangles, its harvest time"..........not Nebraska playing a some engineering school in downtown Chigago ...Just my opinion
