I’m sorry, but had to laugh. Dems or Repubs waving flags doesn’t change the fact Desantis doesn’t seem to care. If he was smart, he’d come out and say what you just said. Politics 101. Lets see if he’s smart.3 points

Very likely, this a political plot coming from the left. Liberal motivation and corruption only needs a hateful visual and some words, to make people anti-Disantis / conservative / republican. People usually believe everything they see and hear. And this is corrupt politics from the left. As if they've never been dirty before.3 points

I would prefer the kids learn about the constitution and branches of government... But if they are fair there must be questions like "a professor from Cornell recently wrote a thesis on how sheet music is racist. Which political party would mostly agree with this premise?"3 points

Sarkisian was a questionable hire based on his time at USC. He doesn’t strike me as being very good on coaching defense. The word out there is Nebraska has better D coaches than Texas.3 points

And on a separate note: Im not saying your theory hasn’t crossed my mind. But for the theory to work, we have to admit Americans feel it is more likely for Republican voters to wave Nazi flags. Why is that? This is a real problem for the GOP. How are they combatting it?2 points

So let's just gloss over the fact that if a woman or girl is raped by her brother or father that she's is required by Mississippi law to carry the pregnancy fullterm because it's less than 1% of the abortions performed in the country.2 points

Also, re: Nazis, to put another way: All Republicans are definitely not Nazis. But all Nazis are definitely Republicans.1 point

Well, in a state that outlaws them, via mail would be the easiest alternate option to still get them. Not surprisingly they’re covering their bases. Next thing ya know they’ll institute travel bans that prevent pregnant women from leaving the state. And no I’m not kidding. Everyone knows they would do it if they could.1 point

Unless Betts changes his mind and the coaches agree to take him back. That may not happen, but you never know.1 point

Welp guess the ole "states rights" defense is out the window. Then again a lot of the same people hiding behind that excuse still claim unironically the Civil War was one of Northern aggression. By the time half of America wakes up and realizes who the GOP is and what they want to do they'll likely have changed the rules to entrench themselves in power and it's going to be pretty hard to remove them from power.1 point

I mean, if crazies can scream at women while they are walking into a clinic, it is okay for these nutbars to do what they are doing. Do I agree with it? No, but I am a normal person. Do these people probably think I am a nutjob for screaming for the Huskers? Probably.1 point

It may not be the headline here, but that promotional copy is really, really poorly written.1 point

I'm only half-joking. But a majority of voters voting for pro-choice candidates and angry Twitter posts haven't really been doing the job. And the closer you read the Alito draft, the worse it gets. Is the problem that a street protest makes a person feel that their personal privacy has been invaded and their life endangered by an activist minority?1 point
-
Agree. This definitely should be in front of Alito's house.1 point

With all of the talent coming out of the state of Texas, they have woefully underperformed. With all of that homegrown talent, they should be in the conversation most years. There's no doubt that to win, "blue chip" players will make up the bilk of your roster. But Texas shows that coaching also counts.1 point

Republican. That’s my final answer! Did I pass? Shocking question for sure. But it was an AP Government class. And would anyone disagree with the answer? Sounds like another issue of people not wanting to hear uncomfortable truths to me.1 point

I'm pretty pleased by the portal gets - esp of late securing the 2 DL guys. That was my biggest concern on D. It would be a big plus if we find someone who can contribute immediately on the OL. Wishful thinking here: I hope the new OL coach can make the difference and our existing players can step up to a new level.1 point
