People calling for Frost's firing before October 1, just stop. You're being hysterical. This season is going to be s#!t whether Frost is fired now or in four weeks. A little patience gets us seven million more dollars to spend on a new coach.7 points

Being able to witness Frost's chess-like approach is just a privilege.7 points

What ever happened to "Personal Foul, Late hit, Defense, 15 yards..... The play is under review for targeting" The hit on CT near the endzone should have been a PF call first and foremost, if you are going to throw a flag. Then check for the targeting stuff on replay. Which it wasn't, understandable. Still a penalty? I thought so On record, I'm not "blame refs guy". I thought they got the call incorrectly6 points

This team is simply not prepared to play this season. There is no excuse for being outhustled and out-athleted by a D2 team.6 points

Garrett Nelson an early favorite for the All-Pointing Team.6 points

It was an honor visiting the stadium today. UND held its own through much of the game and I am very proud of our smaller school. With that said congrats on the win.5 points

I am starting to believe that Frost is challenging Trev to fire him now so he can get more money. He sees the writing on the wall5 points

To summarize the first half, WE SUCK. There is absolutely zero evidence that this year will be any different than last year. Frost needs to be gone yesterday5 points

Like Gerry DiNardo said in the pregame, the level of the lines should be worlds apart. So far ND looks like the superior line5 points

I'm gonna put my stake in the ground: Nebraska wins this one! Heck, I'll even make a daring prediction: Grant will have more yards rushing than Thompson has passing.5 points

Injury free and nothing embarrassing all you can ask for today NO KOOL AID serving afterwards. Don't care if they win 84-0. Well oiled machine on both sides of the ball......don't care. It means they did what they are supposed to. Same with next week. There is so much to prove and these next two games are not it. They win, well they should. Lose and well, you know. Just resemble a Power 5 football team5 points

I would like people to think a little deeper on this one for themselves. You like the IDEA of Frost being the one (former QB, Nebraska guy etc), but you need to accept reality that the actual Frost has no freaking clue what he's doing. He isn’t the one, and we knew that year 2 but hardly anyone wanted to admit it. It never takes anyone 5 years to even show modest progress if they are going to get it done in major college football. Let it go folks, divorce yourself from the fantasy and face reality.5 points

Frost's comments about the offensive line not firing off the ball like when he played here didn't make much sense to me unless he planned on running the ball 60+ times a game like when he played here. When running the ball is a secondary component to your offense you're never going to get that good at it and your offensive linemen are never going to get into much of a rhythm when it comes to run blocking. And it should be clear to everyone now that Whipple intends to be a pass-first coordinator. 60/40 pass/run should satisfy anyone's definition of "pass-first".5 points

...headed downtown to our usual pre-game haunt, then to our usual band of goofies in the South Stadium. First time in two years.. couldn't make it last season. We'll be the loudest "Go Big Red" and "Husker Power" screechers in the stadium. Be there or be square! GBR!!4 points

That last drive HAS TO BE the model for this team going forward this year. Find a running game that works, and stick with it! Kudos to Palmer with the miraculous catch. Touchdown doesn't happen if not for that.4 points

The best time for an onside kick. They'd never see it coming.4 points

We are not buying out Frost early. But we are going to see a lot of how Mickey Joseph leads a team for half a season.4 points

Oh wow. They talk up the athleticism of the Huskers and moments later an FCS tight end walks past a defensive line who makes more money than the North Dakota coaching staff for a touchdown.4 points

Our offense has no identity. It is just a combination of chaotic plays that rely on players individual abilities. They do not give our team the best chance to win.4 points

Looking at Frost on the sideline, he looks completely lost and way over his head. He has lost all his mojo and confidence.4 points

If I were North Dakota, I would be feeling extremely confident at this point as they are the superior team after the first quarter.4 points

Calm down guys. you have to remember that they are still kids. dont be so mean. but it was a dumb mistake but get over it.4 points

Adam Carriker said that is what he is concerned with. We go 3-9 or 9-3 you know what we have with Frost. 9-3 is reflective of everything clicking and not just an anomaly. 6-6 we really don't know anything and he's back for another year(s) with no idea if we have actually improved. Year 5 and hoping for 500......4 points
