Huh? I’m pretty sure 1 or 2 posters here said he couldn’t be fired prior to or without a conviction. Weird5 points

Is it though? The whole idea of an unqualified, racist, xenophobic, grifting con man was out of left field in 2016 but here we are. Besides it would solve the MAGA split that's inevitable if Desantis wins the nomination.5 points

The kid is sharp and has good head on his shoulders. Will do well when he's finished with football.3 points

Maybe. Or maybe it shows that despite a huge advantage in talent, his team still lost... ...which might mean that Sanders isn't a very good coach. Critical thinking must look above bias. In time, we'll have a much better answer than we can speculate at this time.3 points

I don’t know but I kinda doubt he turns down a tough, smart, extremely talented Pro Style QB in the mold of a fellow playing in Kansas City.3 points

IDK any more than the announcement that he is no longer employed by the University. 1 or 2 hereabouts said that couldn’t happen without a conviction. Just pointing out how wrong they were.3 points

Pretty sure Hornsby will make a decision before Raiola would decide to come here.3 points

As you should know by now there are a lot of really smart people who know a lot of things on this board.3 points

I know he inherited money from his dad, stole other people's ideas, and has has share of internal complaints, but I will always give Elon Musk credit for disrupting both the automotive and the space transport industries. Each of those has massive barriers to entry and in addition to the balls it takes to even try, he had the business acumen to pull it off. But now he has the perspective of a titan -- the richest man on Earth. You can use that power to show your benevolence, like Buffet, Gates, or Jeff Bezos ex-wife, or you can use it to punish your detractors like an insecure nerd who finally has a d!(k for all those d!(k-measuring contests. In terms of jaw-dropping narcissism, we have two of the greatest this country has ever produced: Musk and Trump. The spotlight has made them both blossom into the worst version of themselves.3 points

Elon is a good hypeman, a decent visionary, and he's good at getting enough capitol to survive. He's not particularly good at running a business and he's a f#&%ing terrible leader.3 points

I’ll gladly let him go….when he f#&%ing goes. Trump and his followers are still in control of one of our 2 major political parties. Seems a little naive to ignore him and let him off the hook just yet. Hopefully soon though. Sick of hearing about the grifting, lying fat f#&%.2 points

Players also feed into Rhule's Twitter game too. If Nebraska can pull Dylan other skill guys will follow.2 points

All the money must be going on K-State. Line was 3 on ESPN last night & 4 this morning. Will be at the game tonight. Staying in a hotel within walking distance to the arena.2 points

America - the land of second chances. Nebraska parts ways, but someone will provide him another coaching opportunity. Wouldn't be that surprised if Sanders gives him that chance. Prime still needs coaches at WR, RB and ST. But, my gut says it's too soon. Regardless of the disappointment of the situation off the field in his home, as a worker, Mickey was a very good WR coach and recruiter. I just wish him the best regardless of the mistake, and beyond everything, wish peace, strength, understanding, kindness and forgiveness for his family and him. That's the most important thing moving forward with his life.2 points

True but it's already waning Edit: I have relatives who thought he was God's gift to America and they are saying they do not want him to run now.2 points

And there it is Sources tell On3 that Raiola — after committing as early as he did — wanted to re-evaluate his options as other teams have continued to recruit him. Among those programs are Georgia, USC and Oregon, while others could jump into the mix, including TCU, where Raiola’s sister attends college, and Nebraska, his dad’s alma mater.2 points

He’s absolutely horrible at PR and understanding public perception and how it affects his business, employees and investors. He thinks he’s now this big celebrity that can do whatever he wants and doesn’t think about how it affects others.2 points

Coach Rhule and the gang are putting in the work! Can’t wait to see how this class fills out, but I really can’t wait until the next class gets signed. This guy is on another level. Even in the few 0 stars he has recruited their film “pops”. Really getting excited for the future boys. I think when the gloves come off by year 2 this will be FUN.2 points
