  1. In regards to the platform itself, regardless of who owns it, Twitter as an app is much better now than what is what pre-Elon takeover.

  2. A straighshooter. Really, truly cared about Conservatism and his America First Agenda. Then George Soros and the evil DEMON-crats won in 2020 and Trump, who I voted for twice, just isn't the same now. There was no possible way for me to know that such an honest, Patriotic, hard working American would turn on a dime like this. Luckily I won't be duped again, Ron DeSantis is as genuine as they come!

  4. Don't know when I've ever talked about coaches for you to word vomit all this out about my opinion which you aren't aware of. My opinion of successful coaches is based off of results. Sure, they all failed if a championship is the only metric of success, but if that's the case then 29 out of 30 coaches are failures every year. We've seen a rash of coaches who, shortly after winning championships, or after building franchises into consistent contenders for deep playoff runs and conference titles, get axed with little to zero room for patience. Sounds like those are the decisions being made based off feelings. Overall it's pretty wild that Spoelstra and Malone have a combined 23 years at their respective franchises without having been s#!tcanned yet. Nice to see reason and patience win out with these two teams.

  8. My 16 year old nephew tore his ACL last fall playing football. He had surgery in October and by April he was squatting at nearly full strength again. He is now running and playing baseball. He lost spring baseball but is going to be playing all summer and says he feels 100% now. His biggest concern was speed, which used to be his best attribute, but he hit a triple his first game back a couple weeks ago and looked good. ACL is not a two year injury the way it used to be. Especially with young, healthy athletes, the recovery may go quicker than you think. The hardest part for my nephew was the first couple months after the surgery of no weight bearing and feeling super bummed as a result. But after that the rehab went really well. I was shocked at how quickly he regained his speed and strength. At your son's age, he should be able to come back stronger than ever. Get the surgery and follow doctor's orders. Be patient in the early going and then work hard (and carefully) when the knee is ready.

  9. Well good thing we've never beaten ourselves before and have only ever been beaten by the quality of our opponent.

  12. You are exactly right. You have to complete the play and make sure the game is over before you start to celebrate.

  13. A good chunk of the Republican Caucas are 'No' votes on any legislation. It turns out that "Gubmint is bad!" as a political gambit means you get morons and grifters in government. Since these people can't be appeased with anything other than the dissolution of government in general, you get what you see today.

  15. Tough way to lose but gotta say I’m a bit glad that went down the way it did. Maybe some kids will learn to delay the celebration and make sure to finish the game. Have to believe the catcher thought he tagged him but he could’ve thrown it to 1st to be safe.

  16. Whoever purchases tickets to CU football this summer at these prices are likely going to be offloading the later games for much cheaper by the time they get to mid-season and realize that their team is still a joke. Too bad the Nebraska game is so early in the season. As soon as CU puts their product on the field with no depth and a bunch of FCS starters, interest will wane pretty quickly.

  20. Democrats saving Republicans from themselves today is hilarious. Republicans are so far gone that their voting base won't tolerate any cooperation with Biden - so Dems had to rescue the agreement.

  24. I actually don't mind them. If I don't have anything else going on, I don't mind the early kickoff, and in Colorado it's an hour earlier for me. I am already awake early, no use waiting around for the game to start.

  29. Hey now, Rick Scott has the political instincs of a goldfish. He's a national treasure who delivered the Senate for Democrats last year. Let this man say and do whatever he wants. Remember when he tried to claim Democrats cut Medicare funding when they actually saved money? Good times.

  32. The only thing I'm curious about with him, is his mobility. I didn't see him running a lot last year, and it seems Rhule wants to incorporate the QB run game into the offense.

  36. Wow never thought anyone from CNN would this….the 2016 claims sounded like BS to me….just like the 2020 claims sound like BS For years, Donald Trump and his supporters pinned their hopes on the investigation by the former U.S. attorney for Connecticut, John Durham later named special counsel by AG Bill Barr, Trump and his allies arguing it would exonerate him from any hint of improper behavior regarding the Russian government’s attempts to interfere in the 2016 election…" Tapper told his viewers. "The report is now here, it has dropped, and it might not have produced everything of what some Republicans hoped for, [but] it is regardless devastating to the FBI and to a degree, it does exonerate Donald Trump." https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/justice/jake-tapper-durham-report-exonerates-trump
