Any news on how this guys spring went? Heard lots last year on how he was tearing it up as a RS. Bo even mentioned the chance he would get his RS lifted at some point last year. I got high hopes for this kid!

Hannon has been high on my board for away, we have to pull big talent like this that is close to home.. And as far as I am considered I will take Boyd over Mathis any day. I think that the fact is he visited Arky and did not commit shows how impressed he is with us.

Watched this kid at "The Opening" 7 on 7 game. Played extremely well, would be huge if we could get him to switch over.

IF we land Newby (and maybe Claiborne) would you say we have the best LB class in the nation? Top 3? Top 5? Top 10?

Pretty confident this kid will be ours, especially if Wisky is the last visit he takes (not U$C). No sources or inside info just my opinion

All the southern powers in on this one! Kind of a late offer for such a big name guy? I tend to think how we compete with the LSU/Bama/USC/Texas's is we get to the kid earlier... Hope we get him!

Thats marcus newby that we made his top 5. he is a 4 star stud LB out of maryland. He is a bigger prospect that terrell newby but that doesnt mean we dont need him too after losing aaron green. We are in the core group of schools for both of the newbys For Terrell are only threat now is CAL. Oregon has 2 great RBs. USC Also has 2 studs as well. Ya that was just stated 4 posts ago...
