He needs to spend scholarships on players rated higher than 0 stars. Recruiting isn't complicated. Let's not act like recruiting players unwanted by any team is a viable strategy.
He doesn't have time. The roster already has no talent. The B1G is going to eat Rhule alive.

The nightly open bar in Rhule's office he's planning surely aren't going to help...
This is a joke right... right? lmao

Grayson McCall in the portal, that's a big one.

He's not going to shun away top level talent. This is a transition class. He's in home today with a 4 star Edge, his recruiting style in the past was of necessity. He can use that experience to find diamonds in the rough as well as top level talent.

Definitely improved form year 1-3 in the WL record. Oddly enough the D was "rated higher" in 21 with there 5-7 record. 22 in 2021 and 29 in 2022. Numbers tell a story, but with the high praise and alleged number of suitors, there hasn't been any negatives from the talking heads. I just wonder about the only numbers that matter and that's the W vs L. And those are not great. Hoping this entire staff comes in and shines and proves me completely wrong. I do think the Rhule hire was solid.
Looking at a DC objectively you can't hold them to a W/L record they don't control the offense or their T/O

Dude produced mediocre defenses at FSU with top 5 recruiting classes. It's not a home run hire.

Mods can we lock out this conversation and move it to it's Own thread? I want to see coaching news not more conversation about HBCU's and Prime love/hate. I feel like I walked in on a middle school girl fight.
I throw a mean right hook for a middle school girl

Elijah Robinson? Is that official? He's a good get if he goes to Colorado
And it has nothing to do with underestimating him, he will get talent based on name alone. At least early on. But he won't be head and shoulders above Oregon or Washington. He may be get slightly better classes, but he won't have major talent advantages. He won't be having a 5* when no one else has a 3*. That'll be a big change for him.
No it was an analyst at TAMU

Sounds like Rob Dvoracek is likely going to be the LB coach.
Played at Temple when Rhule was there as a coach. Was a staffer at Baylor under Rhule and has been on staff at Carolina the last two years.
Get the feeling he may be in an analyst role
