Honest question, Would he have clout to recruit or would this be just as much of a head scratch as Raiola is? If he’s that good then it would be a win-win for both the programs we root for because he’s not hacking it in Cheney while the Montana schools right themselves at Ewoo‘s expense

Who is gonna dox Rym now?

Challenge Coins are great drinking games.

If Michigan went to the lengths that has been reported and owned up to, what makes people believe some anonymous source stating their truth to defend Harbaugh when they could be calling out specific schools who have also contrived this sign stealing. Sounds like a red herring by a Michigan supporter.

Do they ever have pre-snap reads where HH could one-step drop to a WR when the DB is playing 7-yards off the man? Can’t recall seeing any of that, maybe I’m wrong though. Getting just 2-3 yards on something like that would keep the defense a little more honest to setup future plays

I’m sure this is an eye-rolling idea - like lining up the swinging gate for an extra point - but would anyone else line up to onside kick every kickoff just to kick it deep, pooch-it to at least the 25yd line, mix in a squib, or perhaps find a soft space to run down a loose ball?

Hearing the same thing recently.

For as much criticism I held of AM for ball security, I never imagined it could get this bad.

Sounded like players gambled, failed their assignments, and lost. MSUs first TD drive sounded like that, at least from the way Benning described what he saw on a couple plays. -
Maybe the loss is an opportunity for the coaches to teach the kids a lesson about respecting their opponent. Seemed like the defense lacked some discipline, like the first half of the NW game. They bought into themselves too much after the Purdue game. Zero halftime adjustments offensively. It’s easy to simply state how the play calling was questionable, but the players’ skillset and Satterfield’s philosophy are not connecting. Admittedly, they are down to what is essentially 2nd team players, but it lacks commitment to any identity and heavily relies on imperfect skill players executing perfectly. Satterfield is coaching himself into G5 or QB Coach, unless he’s given cash to go buy a transfer QB in the offseason. Pet peeve, I’d gamble on the punt going into the end zone vs fair catch at the 5-6

You serious, Clark!?

I’m more offended by your grammar. No “s” in anyway

What Is Your Favorite Husker Game You've Ever Attended?
Savage Husker replied to Mavric's topic in Husker Football
That was my first Husker game, it was awesome but just a meh game where the offense couldn’t punch it in - like you’re saying. The pick-6 is really the only exciting play that stood out. I don’t recall it being wet though. -

‘14 Miami - Ameer was an absolute stud. The nastiness and penalties during that game sure did feel like a grudge match. The stadium was rocking, I think my ears were ringing until the next the day. ‘10 @ UW - So many Husker fans invaded Seattle. I think T-Magic went untouched for an 80-yard TD on the first play of the 2nd half(?) and basically ushered out the UW fans. “Go Big Red” chants drowned out the Husky fans. Several UW fans were still talking smack after the game when the team was loading up on the busses -
I believe Frost went with a win now mode that sacrificed culture of discipline and development. Stuck by players who were immature/baggage (MoWa) and also alienated Riley players (Spielman). He never learned how to undo year-1 and was desperately chasing wins. Rhule appears to be a coach who means what he says. Was it the halftime speech of the NW game where he talks about taking on a blocker to let the teammate clean up a tackle? I loved that and I believe their discipline is why they have been fun to watch.

Brian Ferentz not expected to return for 2024

Please tell me the AD said they had to look to their neighbors to the west lol So funny they announce this coming out of a bye weekend. -
Maybe Illinois can get them coming off a bye week. I figure we need to beat Wisconsin and Iowa, in addition to one of MSU/MD. I think Minny has 2 losses ahead of them.
-
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe Wisconsin was third choice after PSU who was also sanctioned
-
Gladly eat these words. Wow, what a drive!
-
A backup offense going up against a team coming off a bye. Gonna have to create some opportunities offensively, there won’t be be any methodic drives punching it in. And yeah; as others are stating, need a defensive TD

It looked like he whiffed and went to the ground but grabbed the dudes foot to pull him down

***The Nebraska Defense - Blackshirts 2023***

Was listening to the game on the radio when this play occurred, Benning was real excited over that effort and “starred” that play as a big moment in the game. Also, pretty close to a clipping. NW with a clear push in the back. Oh well. -
That was a violation that should have been called without the review. Glad to hear Merritt Beason express the sentiment that she preferred they win by kill, serve, block, etc
