Good for you. I hope you're wrong. I'm 0-0 when caring enough to bet against you.

Sorry if I offended you I thought this was the Purdue thread. I still got us in a bowl game. I just have a feeling this could be a bad match up and I think a lot of people think that too. Although this Purdue team is different than we have seen in years past. If we win this game though man I really think we look good 7 or 8 wins would be a real possibility. 8 wins and we could actually get a decent bowl game

Over two starts, Sims averaged two INTs and one fumble per game. And as it happens, Haarberg had exactly two INTs and one fumble just yesterday.

That is called cherry picking stats and it’s intentionally misleading and dishonest. Haarberg doesn’t average 2 ints a game and a fumble and the fumble was recovered by us. Sims had several fumbled snaps and you are just looking at the stats from one game for Haarberg. One of his ints bounced off of a wr. And Sims has a multiple season for a track record of turning the ball over.

we don’t need a qb that’s going to consistently put our defense in bad situations as often as Sims does. Haarberg did put the defense in a bad situation yesterday a couple times but the defense was able to handle it.

the defense was also able to handle it a couple of times when Sims put the defense in a bad situation in his first two games. The problem in our first couple of games Sims put our defense in bad situations 4 or 5 teams each game and it gassed the defense and was to much to them to overcome. I don’t want Sims anywhere near the field as our qb

Give me examples please. Haarberg’s sidearm motion of dropping the elbow and staying under the ball won’t work.

To be fair you should explain though how Sims turning the ball over 4 times a game and fumbling the snap 4 times a game and his inaccuracy will work. Not to mention the last time he was put in for a single play he messed that up. How does that work?

All of them. It’s an issue of mechanics it will need repetition. No one when they first start playing football comes out capable of throwing like Tom Brady, it’s repetition. Same thing with a golf swing

That arm angle isn’t getting fixed. He will not be the long-term answer at QB.

The odds based on other players who have had the same issues suggest there is a very strong chance it will be fixed

And find a QB with some semblance of accuracy...

Well that’s not happening this year. HH will need an off-season to fix that arm angle he is throwing at. I can only imagine he will only improve.

The only thing really learned was that there are far too many people that foolishly think NU wouldn't have the same record if SIms never got hurt.  They only played one Michigan and the 4 wins weren't against PSU, OSU Bama and Oregon.  Four wins against crap teams that the defense has won for the program.

I remember in the 90’s when Nebraska lost to a terrible Iowa state cause of 4 turnovers. If you turn over the ball 4 times even crap teams can beat good teams

Um. If you could just help me out a little here. Right now we're 3 and 3 (1 and 2 conference) and I keep seeing articles about bowl games.

I don't want anymore articles on bowl games. 3 and 3 teams don't get bowl games.

I want to beat Northwestern. I want to beat Northwestern. I want to beat Northwestern.

After that, should we win (we better) we can talk about Purdue.

Get it together once and for all, beat MI. State  then talk about bowl games.

    Yes sir

If Michigan is guilty of signal stealing they should forfeit all their games.

Unfortunately the big ten clearly has a culture of cheating behind it they have allowed crap like this from certain teams like Michigan. While at the same time allowing teams to mimic our cadences. I think a lot of people thought that some of the questionable calls against us would even out. At least for the first ten years in the league but it’s already past the point where it does appear the big ten has an agenda

Teams should just fair catch kickoffs. There are too many penalties called on kickoffs to make it worth the one TD you might return if lucky a season.

Do you see the stuff there are doing on punts to try to get the other team to touch the ball now?

Also think Georgia looked a little more beatable

they have some injuries. Michigan might be the best team in the country
