Not even Alton McCaskill as a starter???
Nope

You’re right but I’m sure they will replace them with the same mediocre caliber players.

As much as I wanna hate on Colorado here the guys they left are mostly non factors. Two deep players a few of them. But no starters this year at least.

More interesting is that he got so much pub for his great portal class last year and now half of them are leaving after a year.
They got a lot of unwanted players. They are not very good in the NIL dept & few are going to go to Colorado over USC, oregon, Michigan, Ohio State, Georgia, Bama, etc. There is a reason teams are not building almost all their roster from the portal. It’s never been done before and it’s hard to amass the talent needed in the portal alone. And their high school classes have been horrible. This was always going to be prime is good by 3 three and he leaves for a SEC school or absolute implosion. Imagine once Travis Hunter & his son leave how bad they will be.

Our RB room isn't as bad as what some think. RJ and EJ have proven to be serviceable and could actually be every down guys if needed. Ervin just needs to catch a break and stay healthy. Ives and Dante are young but have TONS of potential and just need some game reps. We essentially have everyone back from last year minus Grant and we were 2nd in the B1G in rushing.
2nd in rushing from QB play not anything from RBs.
Ervin is average when healthy (he never is)
Johnson is totally average when healthy and hasn’t done anything lately
EJ is good but I think he is just being compared to below average running backs
Ives has done nothing & so has Dante. Not to say they can’t produce but this is the great unknown.
there is a lot of IFs. I think talent wise we will be average to below average in the conference. Which is not great considering we will have to get rushing yards from the backs this year and not QB play.

Unlike most of the ones on Day 1, I think these last two were less expected.
The TE, RB, & one of their OL transfers are the only ones who were potentially gonna play if I’m being honest. And even then I think all 3 were backups.

Please god. That RB room is perhaps the worst position on the team.

This is a horrible problem that college sports has to get a handle on.
Once everything goes internal & contracts get inked I think while it will still be “crazy” compared to before it will have settled down from the lawless Wild West it is now. The NCAA is truly useless.

WE all think Sanders is a clown and has no idea what he is doing...meanwhile he is making millions and is going to get his two kids drafted and Hunter drafted and probably "rep" them and make even more.
I am starting to think he knows exactly what he is doing. He even got his buddy Warren a cushy gig with a nice paycheck.
He is a better agent than he is a head coach.

Yeah these were both known, just made official today with the portal being open. A little bummed Collier didn’t work out because he seemed like the exact type of player who would excel in this defense.
Wanted to like Fields but ultimately that offer list didn’t lie.
Attitude and thin frame for fields not his level of play.

Not really. We could f#&% Iran up as fast as Iraq if we really wanted to, without sending in troops. You've heard about the Raptor and the Iranian Phantoms, right?
That said, this isn't our war.

All signs are pointing to Jackson being Nebraska's next commit.
I am curious as to how many WR's we are bringing in with this class. I can't imagine them going heavy in the portal but I know they want to bring in elite HS guys. Nonetheless, Jackson is a good player.
Good call

The smart people have been able to separate the folly of negotiating with Hamas with the equally ineffective horror of killing tens of thousands of innocent Palestinians, the occasional international aid worker, and sometimes the hostages themselves.

While I don’t disagree Israel has done some obviously heinous things at times (as in the international aide workers killed & others) Let’s not pretend like Hamas hasn’t aided in those civilian casualties by placing rockets, ammo, etc in homes + civilian infrastructure to play moral superior after they are the ones who kicked this recent skirmish off. This is also an extremely population dense area. Civilian casualties are going to happen.
This will be a rinse, wash, & repeat conflict for probably the rest of anyone on this boards lifetime unfortunately.- 1

The dissolution of key alliance in Europe has always leads to great things.
Any direct intervention from France or other NATO members as mentioned above would make this a broader conflict. European boys can die plenty for their beliefs.
