I went to the game two years ago but i stayed with family that lives in the cities. Can't help with hotels or anything but anything that is close to the state fair grounds isn't a bad idea. The fairgrounds has cheap parking and they shuttle you right to the stadium. There was a decent tailgate going on there as well. All of the good bars are right by the stadium. Went to a few bars a couple of blocks south of the stadium and they had good food and drink specials if i think of the name of the bar I'll let you know.

It's not worth it. I was driving through Missouri for a position in Kentucky and spent the night at a hotel in between Columbia and St. Louis. That night I decided I would never live in Missouri. Ever. Went down for the NCAA basketball games in March and it's always talked about it being the show me state and all I could think about was show me the friggin exit to this state...

Bad is not quite the word I would use for what he did but I understand what you are saying knap. I never said that he should not receive the fundamental rights in which our country was built upon. I only offered my opinion that I didn't care if he did or not based on his actions.

This isn't just about Miranda Warnings. What about his other rights? What other rights would you be referring to? Just my opinion but the day he decided to knowingly hurt innocent people is the day I stopped caring about his rights. The Sixth Amendment is a good place to start: You don't think he will get to exercise these rights when time comes? He will get his day in court, he will get counsel, and he will receive everything that the 6th amendment guarantees. My point was that I could care less if he did receive them or not based on his actions.
