Too many arm chair analysis. He was hurt all year and was not supposed to play in the bowl game. He needs to get stronger, but can do that at the next level. He has nothing else to prove. Good Luck Randy!

I hope you're not planning on Akoy playing the 5 here. He was moved to the 3 this year at Louisville. His ideal position IMO is the 4 but there's no way I see him playing the 5 I obviously have not seem Akoy play in awhile... Small forward? He is now listed at 230. That is big enough to play the 4 or 5.

It makes sense in the long run as we do not have any pure shooters after Petteway & White. My only concern is scholarships. It appears that he is unrated and has no scholarships. Maybe he walks on with a chance to get a scholarship as we have several available in 2016.

Its called poor S&C.No, its called poor coaching. Did you watch the game? SC was bigger & stronger and we looked like the pillsbury dough boys. We have been soft for years, nothing like the Huskers of old underneath Eppley. That's called recruiting not S&C. Most of their guys were freshmen and have not had much time in a college weightroom yey Wrong, SC has one of the best programs in the country!

Our D and Oline loosing its toughness is a coaching issue, IMO. Wow!

Both will be good. He has nice hands and is hard to bring down. Carter might be faster.

I wonder why he would come back to college after one year in the NFL. I would venture to say money. I'm sure the Giants job payed a lot better than what he was making at OSU, but money for assistants is not supposed to be an issue here. Plus, he would be the offensive coordinator...he's currently a QB coach for the Giants. If he can do well as a coordinator, that's a launching pad to a HC job somewhere in a couple years. Except that by all accounts, Riley calls his own plays. He is a QB coach with the OC title and knows Riley's style of offense.

I have been critical of Mitchell all year due to his demeanor. Hats off for him being a man and talking to Kaz after the issue.

The problem lies in his decision making all year. He goes to the pass or trick play way too much in crucial downs.

Probably one of the most overrated coaches on the team, IMO. Has two quality +300 lb. tackles and a first-round pick DE, but consistently fields mediocre line play. You could argue he's hamstrung by Bo's two-gap system and I won't disagree, but even then that only means the jury's out on him as a line coach. But the verdict is in on his personality and it's confirmed: He's an a-hole. Bo's scheme & our strength program was more of an issue,
