Hard to agree with this when they essentially didn't show up for the Ohio State game
One of the biggest positives is Lindsey getting on the field every game. Smaller guy, but he plays much bigger than his size. This year on the field only makes him that much better next season. By his senior year, he very well may be one of the top specialists in college football.
He's gone faster than PJ Fleck rowed to Minnesota.
I am a Riley fan but see the writing on the wall. I hope Frost comes home just to set the UCF board aflame.
It's not going to matter. Ask Temple, Houston, Cincinnati, Temple again, Memphis, USF, Temple a final time.....
Nebraska, Tennessee, Florida, UCLA, or even Washington State come calling......
He gone
Fair enough, but he's also the biggest person in his field. Likely hearsay, but saw on another board that Knight wouldn't build the new Oregon basketball arena until Moos was gone. But then again, didn't Moos bring Knight into the fold to begin with? I dunno. Underwhelming
No, but most here know lots about the athletic departments around the country. Of which Washington State isn't very impressive on any front.
He's the Mike Riley of AD hires
Hiring White seems like such a cheap and thinly veiled attempt to get close to Frost. It's like a kid who has a crush on a girl and he invites her sister to his birthday party.
Just go after the girl, Skers.
Wasn't Pat Kilkenney one of the reasons Matt Rhule turned them down this past offseason?
Dunno about Mullens relationship with those guys, but still would seem weird to leave a better job. Wouldn't be shocked if he used it to get more money out of them, though.
Mullens would be fantastic. Say what you will about all the Oregon uniforms, they understand branding better than any school in America. But why would he leave? With the Nike support, it's one of the best jobs in the country.
