  1. A different point of view http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaaf-dr-saturday/report--ex-michigan-recruit-s-scholarship-rescission-wasn-t-sudden-172912639.html Response from Greenstein: http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/college/ct-harbaugh-michigan-recruiting-20160122-column.html
  2. But for spring, when the team needs to find out what are the best options for DE, it would seem to make sense to open up as many reps for young guys there as possible. This looks to help accomplish that goal.
  3. Is there any chance that Nebraska tries to get back in with some of the local guys? Damon Benning keeps hoping for an offer for Elijah Wilson from Central: https://rivals.yahoo.com/nebraska/football/recruiting/player-Elijah-Wilson-170648 And I think Sam McKewon was impressed with David Englehaupt: https://rivals.yahoo.com/nebraska/football/recruiting/player-David-Engelhaupt-167009 Both seem like developmental type prospects, could put on some weight and be strongside end/3-tech options.
  4. Guessing not, as he said one of the highlights of being at YSU is that he could recruit all the players he needs from his car (paraphrasing). And it didn't seem like he liked recruiting Nebraska from Nebraska very much, either.
  5. I think he would score......the 3-technique can't win.... I think if they could incorporate those little wrinkles... Midline Keep. As in QB keep. From Twitter: Aaron Semm ‏@AaronSemm 24h24 hours ago IF NU was so inclined, they could compliment this with the midline QB keep. Frost, Crouch and Lord made lots of hay on that play. #justsayin
  6. Very nice! Thank you very much. If possible, 1920x1200 would be awesome. Thanks again.
  7. Being greedy, but will there be a 2015 version? Really enjoyed having this last year!

  9. Didn't Tennessee just sign 3 QBs in the last cycle? Craziness.
  10. I was very disappointed that we ran the same punt formation with the 3 linemen in the spring game as we did last season. Maybe someone smarter than me can explain its advantages over other formations. I assume is has something to do with letting your other players get down field quicker and cover more area. Evidently, the shield punt formation allows for better kick coverage (two fewer blockers) and better angles for pursuit. So says the web... http://xandolabs.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=902:12efficiency-of-the-shield-punt&catid=96&Itemid=165 http://mgoblog.com/content/hokepoints-what%E2%80%99s-spread-punt
  11. I think that was K. Williams, not Kalu... IIRC.
  12. I think we'll end up signing the full 20 as Lewis ends up at Rutgers after his visit so... LB Hall LB Barry DE Daniels/Davis/Roberts WR Alston/Lewis/Shorts OT Paulo
  13. So unfair... Georgia has 26 commits currently... 7 early enrollees, but still. Sheesh. Florida seems more reasonable, but pretty late in the game.
  14. I think the string was that Ole Miss hadn't offered yet. Them being at #4 without an offer is pretty strong, regardless. JMO.
  15. Ranks number 4 in Grantland's QB less NFL MVP listing. http://www.grantland.com/blog/the-triangle/post/_/id/77502/the-quarterback-less-nfl-mvp-rankings
  16. If you use a Google map, you can select the option for no tolls to avoid them altogether. Just a thought...
