Just wanted to introduce our newest legion to join the moderator ranks. Congrats & thanks to eliot1171, huskeraddict, & huskerguy. All three of these guys are always very helpful & respectful to other members, and have been great ambassadors for the board during the past few seasons. I know they'll do a great job. If he's a legit husker and was just trying to be helpful, then it was appreciated - he just needs to know that we dont allow torrents to be promoted here, and if he knows anything about them, then he knows why. It just seemed kinda strange that every one of his posts were exact copies, even though he was asked not to post that multiple times. so we suspected he was just a spammer or even a bot. Sorry I didnt get a chance to BS with you guys more... running around peddling the shirts and getting people set up kinda had me strung out like our LBs. I intended to get a board group pic, but it didnt work out. But Im pretty sure ETR / amateur photographer got some, and should be posted one of these daze. The guys at Huskerpedia were real cool, and it turned out to be a great arrangement, and sounds like these tailgates will become a weekly thing - which I'll post more info about shortly. For those that didnt see the post in the A/V forum, the board has finally released our first shirt! I decided to make a few last min changes as well -- so they will be a little different than the version posted the other day. -Decided to change it from Gameday Code to 'Big Red Code', since its more specific to us. -Added a few more to get the list to an even 10, instead of only 7. -Also altered a few of the phrases slightly. Sorry for the recent issues guys. It appears youre gobbling up all of our server memory faster than p-man jones on a platter of strippers. So we're increasing the memory, and also adding a monitoring service, so if this were to ever happen again someone will be on it 24/7. The memory is being installed tonight, from 2-4 AM, so there will be about 15 min of downtime during this window. thanks for not eating the server too, memory whoas.

Ok guys, sorry for the delay. Ran into some legal concerns from the shop, which ultimately required the shirts to be altered a bit - but they are finally ready!!! Heres a quick explanation of why they were changed: -The shop didn't want to use the "man laws" phrase b/c of fear of copyright infringement -My next plan was to use "husker gameday laws", but after reviewing many of the phrases we came up with for the shirt, I realized most of them weren't actually "laws or rules" to live by, rather they were more like "decrees" -So instead of using "gameday decrees" which didnt feel quite right, with the help of some of the boards brightest minds, we came up with.. "Gameday Code" I think using this phrase will be good in a number of ways: 1) It doesnt alienate any of our female members -- and we all know seeing a female in a huskerboard shirt is MUCH better for marketing anyway, right?! 2) It will have a longer "shelf-life" b/c the "man laws" phrase will eventually get tired - if it isnt already Also sorry if your ideas didnt make the shirt, but we had to trim them up to make sure they would fit. So without further jibber-jabber, I'm proud to unveil Huskerboards 1st ever T-shirt!!
