I can't think of any Husker fan that would want to see Riley fail. I certainly don't but that won't keep me from being critical. There were definitely fans hoping we would lose at the tail end of Bo's tenure (even admitted it here). I don't think anyone hates Riley the way portions of the fan base hate Bo. We're just disappointed.

I want Nebraska to win. This, I want Riley to succeed. Is that possible?

Yeah. Everyone hates losing. And everyone reacts differently. I feel bad for the players. Hope they don't quit on us. (By "quit", I mean quit trying.)

I'm still getting used to this board but you guys are still finding new ways to impress me.

Done trying to figure out how to feel about the direction of the team and program going forward, but will make sure I'm watching the game every weekend.

If they make coaching staff changes, I'd be willing to jump on board. As it stands now, this bandwagon is careening off the cliff while on fire and slowing down below 55 MPH.

I truly think the direction of this team depends even more heavily on the players at this point.

All we can do is support these guys and their coaches even if it gets ugly we still bleed Husker Red!
