Just saw Luke's stat line against Houston. Yikes... Hope he does well there, but so far it is safe to say it wasn't a huge blow to the team having him leave.

Really want to be optimistic, but Lincoln Riley is one of the best offensive coaches in football. OU's talent is better than ours. I would be satisfied if we somehow stayed in the game until the 3rd quarter. We have made improvement, but we aren't there yet. Compete this weekend and let's get a win against MSU next weekend.

Hate seeing these 3 guys transfer today, but I really don't think this will effect our team that much next year. I believe Luke could have been a playmaker at WR, but he obviously doesn't want to give up on QB. Transferring was clearly the best option for him. Also, Warner wasn't getting PT next year and Farniok was going to continue being a backup.

Feel terrible for the players and coaches. From what I heard on the radio tonight, it sounds like Wisconsin was the main reason games started on October 24th instead of October 17th too. They had to shut everything down in September because of another outbreak in their program. Starting on October 17th would’ve created a bye week somewhere in the season which would’ve allowed rescheduling games. All I’m trying to say is, I hate Wisconsin and COVID-19. GBR.

I think T. Smith is a guard who needs more minutes. The guy has probably been our most consistent three point shooter as of late and can dish the rock pretty well too.

I know we can win this game, but realistically will we? Also I know we usually go with man to man on defense but maybe miles should try switching it up to a 2-3 or 3-2 zone focusing the attention on Newbill. I know our defense is not the problem at all. It's been our strong point all year, but maybe the man to man is tiring guys like petteway, Pitchford, and shields out so the offense just isn't there? If we switched to zone maybe that would preserve energy and the offense could show up. Just throwing stuff out there. We have nothing to lose at this point so might as well try switching stuff up. Would be awesome to win one or two games in the tourney and get momentum into next year. GBR!

I noticed this as well with the bickering. The comradery that was there last year is just not there right now. Petteway a big part of this? Who knows, but the guy does seem like a headcase on the court every once and awhile.

Did we get a pure shooter in this years recruiting class? That needed to be our number one priority. If we can even get one guy who can be a threat on the perimeter that will be huge.

If Pitchford can play the way he did against northwestern every game from here on out I think we can pull some upsets and definitely win the games we're supposed to. The defense is usually always there, just have to keep finding ways on offense and I liked what I saw last game. Now on the road at PSU is a huge one. Have to win it to get confidence going on road games!

If we find a way to beat wisconsin at home (that's a huge IF, but you never know at PBA) do you think we will be considered for the tourney? I still think this team can make things happen. Too much talent with Pettaway and Shields to not make a run. The big men need to start stepping up. I've been impressed with parker lately so hopefully he can keep it up.

Might as well go with some Maryland I and Wishbone so we can utilize all of that talent. Cross at FB, Newby at one IB, and Bussey or Taylor at the other IB. Would be great to see this kind of offense back in Lincoln again. I know it's not going to happen but it's fun to think about the possibilities.

All of the bashing going on right now, when he hasn't even coached a game here yet. I think it will end up being a great hire. A lot of people say he's a first class guy and having that at nebraska is the first time since T.O. Could attract some recruits for sure, and has developed a lot of solid players over the years. I bet this years Oregon State team would have been just as good as us. Their schedule was much tougher than ours. Still hoping we get Frost as an O.C.

My good buddy from Columbus said that rumor is going around that Tressel is coming here and he is bringing Braxton Miller with him to play his senior year. Urban is almost certainly going with J.T. as the starter next year, so Miller wants out and wants to play somewhere in the big ten that can contend for a title. Tressel is the one who recruited Miller so he wants to follow him to the sea of red! Going to be fun watching him run that read option and throwing dimes all over the field next year!
