No way would Les work under someone like Jim. Les might knock his teeth out before the end of the year. Jim is one hell of a coach, but a horrible boss. The amount of assistants that go with him to new jobs is very telling.

If he is redshirting, I am not sure being on the scout team is a huge negative. Sure, he won't get as many reps running our O, but he will be facing the #1 D unit every day. That has to have some advantages. (Insert your own joke about our pass D here) Since we wont be running Langsdorf's offense next year, it may be good to get reps outside of offense designed for a running QB.

Because its a PAC opponent, it will probably be an afternoon game at worse. If i remember right, the MSU game in East Lansing was 5-6pm last year

And nobody in Hartford watches UCONN football. Nebraska probably has about the same number of football fans in Hartford as UCONN does. UCONN may not have a large football following, but basketball is huge there. They have more BB fans than Maryland and Rutgers football fans combined.
