Hard to do when you've always been the MAN...BUT, I agree and it woulld show great character to stick it out for once since leaving Nebraska.

I live in North Carolina.....College Football here is very, very weak. Living in a hostile state would be different because they have an opinion at least. Here Football is just a hobby to follow until B-Ball starts.

We have always been "Loveable Losers"....but losing 14 out of 16 (or whatever it is) really hurts. Plus w/ the White and Red Sox winning the last 2 years, we kind of feel like our time should come. I just hope sometime in my life they win the World Series!!! i pray you have a lot of years left. Luckily I am only 32....hopefully I still have quite a bit of gas left in the tank!

I like it....I live in ACC country and Va Tech was originally considered an "add on" team when Miami and Boston College were included in their expansion. They have done really well in Football and held their on in B-ball (though not this year). Sounds like a great road trip opportunity for me!!

I would like a Big Ten team too, but visiting a "southern" school might help with recruiting.

QB's and Runnging backs aside, we all know the boys up front need to do a much better job than last year! If they can keep Taylor better protected, then there is less of a chance we will need to worry about the back-ups (except for hopefully a lot of mop-up duty).
