  1. God, I just shake when the offense takes the field.
  2. first its overtime and then its women's b-ball- while back at the ranch.....
  3. thought that was lucky that it was intercepted- but still happy about the 7
  4. say it tonight and really liked it, although it mostly very un-Cohen like. Not really quirky
  5. and Carl Nicks, too

  6. Yup-agent said it is routine maintence. We were lucky, no water damage although the policy would have covered that, after deductable. Estimate is $1500. I don't think that is horrible.
  7. We have a break in our sewer line between the street and our house, but on our property. It is mostly likely (according to plummer) due to a tree root. My homeowners policy excludes back up of sewer or drains for damage by water from outside the plumbing system which backs up through the sewers or drains. My question is if the break is on our property isn't that within the plumbing system that was installed as part of the cost of building the house? Therefore, it should be covered, right?
  8. Sounds mature enough to realize that sitting on a bus traveling around from small town to small town playing baseball in front of maybe 500 people that would rather be at a county fair may not be the right move for an 18 year old. Of course he might get put out by HuskerNation all up in his business, too.
  9. kindle vs. nook?

I'm going with the Kindle because it's more like reading a book. The nook runs off a color LCD which is like staring at your computer screen and is thought to have effects on sleeping if you read before bed.

depends what u want - strictly for reading purposes (go kindle) or apps and going online (nook)

  10. Wow- Thanks a bunch. The truck is in Louisiana and currently has a tree growing around it. By motor knowledge is limited, but my husband's buddy(and my partner in crime on this deal) says it's the big engine. It's also a long box. What about the springs? If memory serves, it was a little like riding in boat-up and down, up and down.
  11. I am paying to start the restoration on a 71' chevy for as a Christmas present for my husband. We drove this truck up to about 6 years ago, when I parked it in the yard because the brakes failed. My husband always said that he was going to fix it up as it has sentimental value. It was his grandfather's truck and he died this week so I thought what a great gift. My question is, how many different people should I contact to restore this truck? A mechanic first for sure, then a suspension person, and then bodywork? Does this sound right? Obviously it needs brake work, but can you guys give some ideas about what else will need to be replaced after sitting so long? I found a mechanic and I am going to have it towed in on Monday.
  12. The university just started a program where you can donate a ticket to a serviceman stationed in san diego. This is an obvious and very creative attempt to sell our seats. I think I might just donate one

  14. Horribly cheesy and pompous. Those names do not support the hard-working and traditional values that I admired about the teams of the big10. I love the great plains and the great lakes, or even east and west. But legends and leaders is a travesty
  15. Its going to be ALOT harder than you think...Most B10 stadiums sell out..its not going to be as easy to find tickets to the games...Of course I know that wont stop fans from going but its not like there will be tons of extra tickets avbl at most B10 Venues...The good thing about places like Michigan and OSU and Penn St all over 100,000 is that tickets are usually a little easier to obtain on the street right before game time... Hope you all are tighter then Notre Dame
  16. Well-my husbands chews and he and Bo have the same attractive shade of tooth enamel so I guess that is proof enough chews Bo does indeed chew.
