He's intense, he's engaged with players and coaches, he manages the clock well, he's energetic, he's hands on with both offense and defense, he's an incredible motivator -- opposite of Riley in pretty much every way.

Isn't Riley like the #41 highest paid coach in the country? And, he currently has the #38 best recruiting call in the country according to 24/7. So he's clicking above his pay grade when it comes to recruiting. Time to give credit where credit is due.
