  1. Glad we came back from those commercials for some more commercials
  2. Cmon, make some friggin plays. For once pull yer heads out of yer butts. Defense hasn't been lights out, but plennnnty good enough to win
  3. What a pathetic excuse of an offense. O line getting owned. HH missing everything. Grant getting dancey again. Receivers dropping balls. Wake up boys, somebody make a f@cking play!!!
  4. Ah yes, chuckin the ball around, our true strength
  5. This offense (can...can we call it that?) cannot survive all the negative plays it produces. Pass pro is beyond failing, qb can't hit the broad side of a barn. Man, just wildcat it at this point.
  6. Understand that any "whining and b!tching" I'm doing is with a healthy dose of humor and amusement. I'm pointing out the annoyance of having to sign up, even albeit temporarily, for yet another streaming service. I am all too aware of the media deal the B1G struck and what that means in terms of network availability. I am definitely old enough to remember the days of 2 to 4 games being televised at all. It's OK. We're gonna get through this! But I still don't have to like it And I may take the aforementioned suggestion and do my best Mike Leach impression instead of signing up for PPcock
  7. I'm more than tempted to go with this line of thinking. However, knowing our fanbase it will probably be the most successful stream for a college game for Peacock or something. I don't know. I couldn't tell ya what B1G games they've even done thus far...probably because ITS FRIGGIN PEACOCK!! *Unintelligible angry old man noises*
  8. It's not the cost, but the principle that peeves me. We all have so many dadgum subscriptions, cable/streaming/Amazon, Disney, etc. For what, 12, 13 years now we've had just about every game on TV, for no extra cost than what we're already paying for. I thought we were past that horsecrap once we got out of the Big XII. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go sign up for Peacock, like the frigging Husker simp that I am - but I promise to be a miserable lout about it the entire time. I also have to go yell at these kids to get off my lawn...
  9. There is definitely a sharp drop-off after the big 3. One could argue 2012 was a bit bit more weird, but for different reasons with Ohio St. and Penn St. being ineligible. Hey, remember when we were in a championship game, favored by 12? Yeeesh. Next year could be an absolute free-for-all circus.
  10. After all the gift drops it was only a matter of time before Purdue made a great catch for once
  11. Haarbergs gonna get murdered out there yet
  12. How does that show up in the stat sheet? Benhart with an anti--pancake?
  13. Offense is soooo...awkward, and disjointed.
  14. Well...it's as ugly early as we all thought it'd be. Unfortunately. Gonna need some Tylenol and some tums.
  15. As someone who lived on the outskirts of alphabet town for several years, that's probably not a great place to be riding a scooter at night. Or during the day. Or riding a bike. Or parking a car. Or living, really.
  16. Sweet jeebus, it is utterly insulting to call this an offense. We don't have an offense, we have...a thing
  17. I never ever ever thought I would long for the Zach Lee days on offense, just grind enough yards to get a few field goals and let the D get a W. It's physically painful to watch this at times
  18. I ended up at Roca Berry this last Saturday with the fam. I can probably feel safe here saying I would have definitely rather been on my couch watching football. The kiddos had fun though
  19. Judas Priest, that 1st down play...if they're gonna load 10 in the box ya gotta be able the play action something. JFC, kicking field goals is an adventure
  20. Call reversed...good excuse for 5 more minutes of commercials
