  1. Given some of his statements I think that there's a very good chance that Keith Williams will be on staff.
  2. As Moos referenced, an exciting offense puts fans in the seats and a stout defense wins championships. Why not both!
  3. That comes after the 2018 season.
  4. There'll be a larger pool of resources to be used to get the assistants Frost wants and put together a group that he thinks is necessary to maximize success. There very well could be more alternates to the staff than is believed.
  5. Chap doesn't even get Frost's birthplace correct. Scott wasn't a Wood River native (born there). That's where he played high school ball and one of schools that his parents coached at. Stick to peddling soap Herbstreit!
  6. Scott will make sure his bride is kept warm and has plenty of traveling opportunities. Kona is especially open to heading northward.
  7. Heard Mike Bobo on “the list” and Tennessee has interest.
  8. No. Both for Nebraska and Scott Frost. Respecting Mike Riley and his support helps to later unite the fan base and respects relationships players have with their coach. A sensible, long game approach. Nothing would have been achieved in this instance other than more distractions and bad feelings being generated.
  9. The 1 additional name which was added to "the list" of potential candidates... #7 S-C-O-T-T A. F-R-O-S-T ;-) All that remains is the signature of his last name and day of the month (Lol)
  10. Nothing to sweat. Everything going as planned. Nice win Scott!
  11. Could Alex Grinch be on the next Husker coaching staff? As an assistant to coach Frost? Here's a little about him and his defensive scheme. https://www.seattletimes.com/sports/wsu-cougar-football/what-exactly-is-wsus-speed-d-how-the-cougars-have-risen-to-the-top-of-the-pac-12s-defensive-rankings/
  12. Grinch. And possibly someone on Toledo's coaching staff for consideration. Don't know if that meant Candle or someone else on the staff.
  13. Interesting read on how coach Frost assembled his UCF staff. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/aac/2016/05/10/how-scott-frost-put-coaching-staff-together-ucf-knights/84200198/
  14. Son that coaches with him not necessarily Leach. Option as an assistant. Interest in upcoming coach in the east as well as part of building solid staff.
  15. lol Heat on Moos to finalize. There are legitimate options. UCF making push to keep. Seems Riley dismissed Saturday. Could remain at NU in some capacity??? Recruiting and player development? Replacement named as early as Sunday or Monday.
  16. Ground rules being negotiated. Scotty plays dodgeball. Six or seven days there will be reaching for the lever. Something's brewing in recruiting and offensive player development. Complaints on such issues as stale popcorn, cold dogs continue to be fielded... All speculations heretofore of coarse. (Ha) Trust Moos! :-j
  17. There have been no staff requests of Frost by Nebraska. The university will work with him if he chooses to retain any. Coach Riley said that he'd like to coach the remaining games. He is coaching through the end of the season. Game day! Go Huskers.
  18. Director Moos was hired at the recommendation of coach Osborne to retain Scott Frost, raise money and unite the Nebraska fan base. There's no one else on a list. It's already been agreed upon. Scott Frost will be your new head football coach. Go Big Red!
