I’m reading apolitical mentally ill weirdo. Initial impulse was a crazy Trumper. We were both wrong.

“He was a really good kid who got really far down socialist rabbit holes,” said the source, who added that Azzarello had worked as a grassroots Democratic organizer. “He was just a really decent kid, like a really well meaning guy,” the source recalled, describing Azzarello’s political views when the source knew him as “very old school hippie.”

Did Bill Belichick send Matt Rhule some secrets about Patriots WRs? Perhaps something about them bring your lunch pail to work kinda guys?

Seems kinda underwhelming after getting the #1 QB in the country the class before?

Who knows I guess.  Maybe they all turn out to be first day draft picks.

Luckily all these GOPers know that voting by mail defaults your vote to Joe Biden.

Trust me, there isn't a grift stupid enough for these people. I mean, my God, some voted for Trump twice. Can you believe that?!

Not this time my friend on vote by mail.

can you believe the Obama voters that carried Trump to victory in 2016?!  Some Biden voters might even vote for him in 2024?!  Pfftttt.  My God.

Of course it was all BS.  The things they claim weren't strong enough, simply were based on lies about the bill.  It has been proven and shown to them over and over again.  But....since Trump said NO.....it must be NO.

Apparently you think Chris Murphy is a liar.   Interesting.

And....like you said.  Even if it wasn't perfect, it's one hell of a lot better than what we have now.  BUT...that's not what Trump wanted.  He didn't want Biden to have a win....so....MAGA doesn't like it.

Did Langford vote against his own bill or for it?

We can talk about what Make America Great Again means to the people who've adopted the slogan. It's a common and understandable yearning for a better time in America, although it has more to do with age, nostalgia and selective memory than policies we should return to.

But MAGA the acronym is a brand, and the display of it announces reverent loyalty to Donald Trump and profound hatred of Joe Biden.

That seems like a generally good assessment.

Take this situation for instance.  A bipartisan bill is passed.  People start to think...hey....maybe we can get a border bill.  Trump, says no.  It dies.

Then, the right wing media starts in on it...because Trump says no to it....spewing how bad it was.  You then come in here and start talking about how bad it was.

That's the epitome of how MAGA works.  Trump says something....then it becomes reality in so many people's brains.

And...the "facts" that are used by MAGA just simply aren't true....but they are repeated constantly by you.

Thanks for the feedback.  I’ll correct a few things and then maybe you can answer what MAGA is in your view.

    1) The only border bill actually passed through anything was the house bill.  As far as bill-partisanship goes,

    2) the bill (that didn’t get passed) was toast before Trump even spoke up about it.

    3) Just take a gander at Senator Murphy’s very own X account if you want to discuss what I said was truthful.  Much was copied from him:dunno

    Making Archy Get Absurd?

I could see that, though how do you know I wasn’t already absurd?  MAGA wouldn’t apply then.

Anywho…. @BigRedBuster what does MAGA mean to you? Is it just a slogan? Or is it a way of thinking? Or does it pertain to individual people who disagree with Biden? Anyone who disagrees with a Democrat?  Anyone who voted Republican?  Again, asked before so curious your thoughts.

:laughpoundYour MAGA talking points are funny.

I don’t have MAGA talking points.  Your constant reference to all things being MAGA is funny though:laughpound

In your mind, what does MAGA mean?

For 3 months, he has been playing a game of bait and switch with border security being tied to it....then he didn't want border security tied to it.  Then he didn't want a stand alone border security bill because Trump told him not to....bla bla bla....

He's been pressured by people like Trump, MTG and Gaetz to not pass Ukraine aid and he's been obviously listening to them.  Now....all of a sudden he's singing a different tune.

I Read that entire article word for word and I did not see anywhere that Johnson claimed the three amigos WERE NOT and axis of evil or good fit the US etc… So your article had nothing to do with my questioning your point on what changed when Johnson said those countries were an axis of evil.

I have a friend who is a lawyer that graduated from Nebraska Law School.  I was asking him, OK, what would a lawyer learn going to Harvard Law instead of Nebraska.  He said, the biggest thing is "connections".  If you have any desire to work for the supreme court or in some big Wall Street law firm....Harvard would get you there, not because of what you learn, but because of who you know.

Correct.  I have two siblings with law degrees and both very successful in the Midwest and neither wanted to live on the east coast so it would have been pointless to attend one of those law programs.

On the other hand, my nephew recently graduated from Princeton with a finance degree and wanted to live and work in the city.  His two roommates/teammates came from billionaire families and he wouldn’t have the job he currently has without the connections he has made and name of the school connected to his degree.  In his field, he’s probably 5-10 years ahead of someone his age with a finance degree from UNL or KU, etc…

Gee….how about doing the right thing the last three months while thousands of Ukrainians have died because you refused to do this?

Oh please.   Thousands of Ukrainians would have died with or without more aid and ammo.   Thousands will die in the future most likely after getting aid.

I mean, you and your twitter peeps assured us the GOP was an arm of Russia now.  How is this possible?  Can’t be!
