  1. Thank you buster. I'm taking a guy i take care of to the game who has a medical condition and I'm also wondering if it's too cold outside, can anyone in club level just go inside to watch on the TV's at any time? It looked like there were alot of couches and seating areas with TV's for people to watch indoors from what I could tell walking by.
  2. Hello, I usually sit in the 600s level in east stadium. When you take the escalators down after the game you see 2 or 3 levels of BIG indoor areas with black leather couches, a ton of TVs, indoor restrooms and indoor concessions. Are these the club level lounges or are these the suites? I'm trying to surprise my father in law with a fun, new experience but I can't find anywhere online that shows or tells what the indoor club looks like as opposed to the suites Thank you. Gbr
  3. Loses to 3-9 Eastern Illinois Panthers
  4. Are they thinking Barry won't be signing? Been extremely quiet.
  5. What was that really simple looking white hat with interlocking black letters he picked up first?
  6. I sometimes wonder if maybe part of that is that the staff is conflicted on how to handle player confidence/morale. They don't know weather to try to do something to give em some confidence or rip em a new one and risk taking a hit to their confidence..idk just a thought.
  7. I absolutely agree on the pass rush, it's been non existent for about 6 years now and i mean completely non existent..but even without taking that into play, why is there a wide open WR 15 yards downfield what seems like every play, at some point those guys have to be locked up. We had no pash rush against Michigan MSU or Oklahoma and didn't struggle to defend the pass.
  8. Question, what the heck happened to our pass coverage? It hasn't been bad all year really until Minnesota and Purdue, Illinois I guess wasn't great, but we held Oklahoma, MSU and Michigan all day long in the passing game. We go from that to giving up 13 yards a pass almost every pass play it seems like. Is it just that the defense has kind of given up intensity or is it scheme?
  9. Was watching this game and saw this play..that was absolutely unreal, and hilarious.
  10. I mean if you don't think continuing to muff punts that lead to turnovers and getting safeties off punt returns in all 3 games we've played this season isn't an important discussion topic, I guess I'm not sure what is?
  11. I'd like to add, I'm the OP, but the fire Frost showed at the end of the game ..maybe not as much of an energy vampire as I thought, I liked seeing that.
  12. I mean honestly almost every game is very bad with the exception of a few..but i agree that last year in the big 12 was unreal.
  13. This was the worst officiated game I've seen (including other teams, and I watch games from sunup to sundown every Saturday) in years and years, and thats saying ALOT.
  14. Even field a **** punt???? Just play a base punt protect to avoid a fake and literally don't even have anyone run back to attempt to field it or block.... don't attempt to field another one for the rest of the season until you hire a special teams dedicated coach.
  15. If we don't kill ourselves with bonehead plays and mistakes the refs will ensure it...its either one or the other every single game, heck sometimes both...
  16. My brother sent me this today with the caption "What no mention of the record book for most fumbles"? In all seriousness I thought, you're right.. he's gotta be close to #1 most fumbles all time at Nebraska surely..
  17. So I've thought about this before, but watching the Louisville Ole miss game tonight kind of brought it up again. Ole miss ran some plays out of a T formation with two running backs, one to each side of the QB out of shotgun. Do we not have this in our playbook? If we switch between Ervin and Stepp (even throw yant or Rahmir in there instead if you want) so much and they're all good enough to get playing time, why don't we run more out of a 2 back system? Our running plays are so slow and predictable. Wouldn't a two back system make it at least a little trickier to defend if we're gonna run predictable running plays? They at least then have to account for one extra person who may get the ball. We could even throw some option rollout into the mix similar to what we ran against Fordham with toure. Especially since both backs are supposedly good at catching the ball, we could run not only running plays but passing plays out of this too. I think it would be a harder offense to defend, and we have the guys to do it. So why don't we run it? Anyone know? Is this not in frosts playbook at all, does he not trust our guys to do it?
  18. Call it whatever you like, doesn't change the fact. Call it whatever you like, doesn't change the fact.
  19. I couldn't agree more with the bolded..but I want to add that in all honesty, 99% of other teams also don't get those flags thrown to begin with. I watched all of the college football games Thursday Friday and as many as I could today and I saw at least 8-10 plays exactly like ours or worse, NONE were called. I agree good teams don't make those mistakes, but sometimes those mistakes are just good plays if you are any team not named Nebraska...for us they're penalties.
  20. Id even say a majority of the time its less than even keel. Over half the time I see him in front of the camera he looks absolutely pissed to be there, and like he hated everyone around him with a passion. He looks severely depressed and angry. Now I can understand why he'd feel that way with how we play the game, but as the coach you can't come off that way to everyone, especially your players.
